When will I receive my order? TOP

  Shipping

All orders are generally shipped within 2-4 business days for in stock items. Custom orders will ship within 2 weeks. Please contact us if you need your item(s) sooner. Order will be fulfilled once payment is received.

Très Couture will use USPS or Fed Ex and a tracking number will be sent to you via email once the item(s) have shipped.

What is your return policy? TOP

Returns/Exchanges

Your satisfaction with our product is of the utmost importance to us! Please contact us within 3 days if you are not completely satisfied with your order. Items will be returned or exchanged.

Items must be in original condition and unused. Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will receive your refund for the items once it is received back to us. Furthermore, you are responsible for the return shipment to Tres Couture.
